We understand that your lifestyle probably does not warrant time taken to return products that may have faults which are covered under guarantee or warranty. We offer a maintenance package so “if” in the unlikely event of a product failure we would come to site to make a full assessment, and should a fault be proven we shall return to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Upon its return we shall attend site and install and test equipment.
